I am a partner at competition boutique Euclid Law, based in the London office. I am admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an advocaat with the Dutch Bar of Brussels. I am also admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, on a non-practising basis.I advise clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, with an emphasis on defending companies against investigations, distribution/e-commerce and merger control. Although I advise clients in a broad range of sectors, I have a particular interest in the media, technology and communications sectors, as well as the interface between intellectual property and competition law. I have experience of enforcing UK and EU competition law at a senior level in the UK's Office of Fair Trading (now the Competition and Markets Authority) and retain good links with enforcement agencies and regulators in the UK and across the EU. I am a frequent commentator on competition law developments, having appeared on the BBC's Today Programme, BBC News, Channel 4 News, Radio 5 Live and CNBC.
