By leveraging state-of-the-art mammalian cell culture techniques and bioreactor systems, I directly support the mission of delivering cutting-edge gene therapies.My responsibilities include:> Scaling up and maintaining mammalian cell culture seed trains using aseptic techniques.> Developing proficiency in bioreactor operation with systems such as Ambr 15, Ambr 250, and Bioflo320.> AAV Transfection of mammalian cell cultures using FectoVIR & AAV-MAX in bioreactors.> Evaluating critical performance attributes of AAV production through routine sampling and analysis.> Preparing buffers, tubing, and managing consumables and waste streams for seamless lab operations.> Assisting with instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring high experimental standards.> Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Downstream Process Development and Analytical Process Development, to drive project success.> Documenting experimental findings, presenting data in group meetings, and coordinating laboratory activities.
