I am responsible for making sure that our guest have the best experience in our hotel during their stay. I check in and out guests, adjust bills, quote rates for stays, answer phones, and answer guest questions. I have also been assisting with sales in the hotel to groups that are wanting to book with us.

Cleaned various homes, condos, and office buildings.

I was responsible for assisting the Team Lead with the schedule of houses/condos for cleaning, making sure that all equipment was accounted for, cleaning customers dwellings. We cleaned new and repeat customers on a one time as well as regular clients on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly schedule.

Restaurant/Bar - took requests for food & beverages, cooked orders, created alcoholic drinks, served customers, and cash handling. Open and closing duties, stocking, cleaning, and prep work.

Inbound calling center...Assisted current customers with their combined billing accounts for Cellular Phone, Home Phone, Internet, and TV Services. Offered billing support, upgraded services, and offered routing to technical support for issues.
