Manages a team of Data Analysts responsible for executing all agency management system conversions from their original source system to the new platform. Assign the proper Data Analyst to best fit the initiative type. Works closely with Agency Management vendors, 3rd party vendors, AssuredPartners Project Managers, Product Team, Training Manager and the agency Project Manager to ensure each conversion is successful conversion process. Develop new and improve upon existing Property & Casualty Agency’ workflows, to ensure the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and automation utilization throughout the Agency. Work with customer service representatives to assist with new workflow, processes, and troubleshoot any existing questions with current workflows and processes.Extract Agency Management System information to compile accurate and beneficial data as needed for management review. Build and run reports from agency management systems (Epic, TAM, & AMS360) . Coordinate service and data transition for acquisitions of Agencies and Producer books of business. Convert agencies from one agency management system, (TAM, AMS360, & Sagitta) into the agency's Epic agency management system.
