My personal mission is to drive change, technology, and innovation efficiency in the food and beverage sector.As the Founding Principal of Foodwit, a regulatory and food safety managed services firm, I leverage 15+ years of experience developing and implementing compliance strategies for multi-billion dollar markets to help brands comply, evolve, and mitigate commercial barriers in the food, beverage, and ingredients industries. Driven by practical, real-life results, my core competencies include demystifying and executing regulatory strategies and compliance programs for domestic and international markets. Motivated by efficiency and risk-mitigation, I have led the implementation of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions and developed bespoke software solutions for food compliance. Inspired to accelerate the future of food technology and innovation, I've served as a technical lead on pre-acquisition diligence and post-acquisition integration teams for corporate transactions, and currently serve as a founding team member of a Future Food and Farming investment team.
