Led the HSN Brand's Talent Acquisition team, followed by leading Talent Acquisition for Tech recruitment for the QVC, HSN and Cornerstone Brands across U.S. Markets, and later took on expanded role in Immigration and Global Mobility for Qurate Retail Group.

• Led and managed the Information Technology recruiting function for HSN and Cornerstone Brands. • Led and developed more than 50 field Recruiter Trainers who were designated as “Leads” (top performing Recruiters across various divisions and US regions).• Developed a shared knowledge system across 7 divisions and more than 30 market segments.• Established and facilitated Recruiter Communities of Practice for the knowledge transfer of successful recruiting practices across company divisions and US regions.• Facilitated “train the trainer” workshops for the facilitators of distance learning programs.• Contributed to a study performed on the most critical parts of the recruiting process.• Helped design, implement, and administer a program for recruiter promotions and incentives.• Administered an in-house / custom applicant tracking system, working closely with the IT department.
