When I began my role as assistant project manager for Jim Lage Construction, I knew very little about the world of construction. Due to this, I immersed myself into my new position, driven to learn all I could so I could excel in my role. As I was able to prove myself, I was given more responsibility. From working with clients to ensuring deadlines were met, I soon realized I had found my niche. I loved working with clients and seeing the joy on their faces when they walked through their newly completed home. As a result of this, I knew that the career path of sales would be a perfect fit for me.
