Responsible for automation, Ci/CD pipelines. Create and manage Kubernetes clusters, including logging, monitoring and GitOps deployment of security and other tooling.

Create and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines. Work with developers to deploy application code to VMs and Docker containers.

Configure and administer Kubernetes clusters on premise and in Azure. Assist in containerizing applications and services. Administer and configure CI/CD pipeline. Handle operations and infrastructure of Dynamics365 environment.

Support and maintain IPC's Dynamics365 and Azure environments.

Configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software; maintaining and supporting Active Directory components such as users, groups, computers, Group Policy, etc.; configuring access and permission levels for users.

Provide Tier I and Tier II troubleshooting support to Office 365 customers, including assistance with migrating company email from other cloud provider or from on premise servers, setting up SharePoint sites and configuring Lync. Also provide assistance with Symantec cloud antivirus platform, configuring Office 365 for smartphones including BlackBerry business cloud services, and assisting customers with configuring domain name records.
