Part-time secondment to Trust Central

Head of Department for this SME, responsible for IT support contract delivery and line managing the team of engineers. Responsibilities included client account management; scheduling; managing department resources; customer and supplier liaison; contract billing; marketing activities. As part of the management team I was actively involved in strategic planning for the business.

Head of Technical Support Team for this SME, providing contracted support to customers country wide, working with people at all levels, from CEOs to Accounts Clerks. Responsibilities included managing customer accounts; planning and implementing bespoke software solutions; working with Programming Team to test and release new programmes; writing help manuals; on-going training and team development.

Responsible for project management of major accounting software installations (planning, co-ordinating and monitoring all project elements with client through to successful completion). Also handled the day to day administration of this SME including office management and general financial administration.
