• Designed, built, and ran UAS bioaerosol collection device for 3-D air sampling initiative for urban health. Presented material at the American Association for Aerosol Research conference in Portland, 2016. • Performed big data analysis of bioaerosol samples to determine relationships between complete microbiomes.• Tracked pathogenic aerosols in factories using a novel method of experimental sampling and CAD-based computational fluid dynamics. Recommended new designs that projected a 98% decrease in harmful particles. • Traveled to facilites, spoke to representatives, established experimental set ups, evaluated HVAC systems, and worked extensively in collecting and evaluating bioaerosols.• Analyzed particles and bacteria using ICP-MS, NanoSight, qPCR, Illumina Sequencing, and basic plating techniques.• Construction of a novel Virtual Impactor to increase efficacy of particle separation.
