How can I make each Employee come into work happy?Our customer's experiences reflect our employees' attitudes. More often than not, I have seen companies invest more money in retaining customers rather than focusing on their employee's practical needs. This is an apparent common flaw in several corporations and my goal is to change that. Training employees to meet their full potentials and opening them up to opportunities for growth, self-fulfillment, and a happy work-life will allow them to provide great Customer Service. When your employees smile, your customers smile. This leads to increased sales opportunities and provides your company with a positive reputation for impressing your customers and clients.As a Manager, I must provide the best experiences for our customers and our employees. I provide every tool our employees need to be successful in their work such as Team-Building, positive reinforcement, handling harassment issues, one-on-one training, and several other matters that fall in between.Head Quarters or Corporate offices do not always have their employees' best interests at heart. The tools that are provided from HQ and Corporate, even if they may not make sense to those working in operations, are forced to be the standard. These situations can sometimes be difficult to change. However, with good managers, trainers, and positive attitudes, any obstacle can be overcome. In my 6 years of experience, I've learned that we need to start asking "Hi, how can I help you?" to our employees too.
