 Executed continuous improvement for a more efficient purchasing department. Reduced raw material continuity issues by 90% and inventory levels from $13.7M to $6.7M in three years. Onboarded $3.9M+ of raw material components to a homegrown developed vendor managed inventory program. Saved over $900K in PPV by reducing lead-time six years running. Prevented $1.5M in backorders by ensuring the highest levels of product availability for all customers. Played a key role in implementing SAP software on-time by leading all Purchasing conversions.
