Becky is an Associate at Eight Versa where she consults on a variety of work related to sustainability concepts and high performance building design. She specialises in the provision of environmental assessments for new and existing buildings on large and small-scale projects, across a number of different building types. Becky also leads the assessment team within Eight Versa.Becky is a BREEAM Accredited Professional and a licensed assessor for BREEAM New Construction, and BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit Out schemes, providing strategic advice to assist project teams to achieve BREEAM accreditation. Becky is also qualified to carry out Level 1 & 2 Flood Risk Assessments, and floods and SuDS strategies for planning, in addition to supporting with holistic sustainability strategies for new and existing buildings.
