• Responsible for packaging design, from concept through print production, for multiple product lines, as a senior member of the in-house design team.• Redesigned the Quickie portfolio of over 300 items with new packaging template, increasing brand awareness and purchase intent.• Managed product photography library of 600-plus products for use on packaging, e-commerce, and social media. Photographed images for Quickie brands as well as other Newell companies. Saved the company $120K/yr. by shooting 80% of photography in-house.• Supported selling effectiveness by designing customer-specific packaging, signage, conceptual merchandising and marketing collateral for major accounts (Lowe’s, Home Depot, ACE, True Value, Target, Walmart).• Design lead for Quickie’s 5 annual industry trade shows, resulting in incremental sales of $500K/yr.
