Director, Workplace Operations & Real EstateOversee multiple sites, functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campuses or significant complexity. • Manage and oversight for all facilities management operations, including mechanical, electrical, UPS’s, fire/life/safety systems, generators, furniture needs, mailrooms and breakrooms.• Manage multiple $1M - $30M + office space buildouts. Manage General Contractor, Architect, Project Manager, attend weekly construction and design meetings. Manage project to approved budget. Manage selection & procurement process of furniture. Provide updates to Site Leaders and work with them to receive input on design and questions pertaining to the buildout.• Develop strategy, budgeting and financial planning for all Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Operations activities including overall operating plans , development and execution of strategic real estate plans, growth initiatives, mitigation strategies and long term tactical planning.• Responsible for activities and negotiations relating to leases, site selection, design, planning, construction of new facilities, and modification or expansion of existing facilities; often utilizing strategic partnerships with commercial real estate brokers.• Manage and oversee all ad hoc interior projects, restacks, moves/adds/changes and furniture modifications. • Skilled at prioritizing and planning multiple projects while maintaining high quality while meeting and exceeding goals and deadlines.• Manage 12 locations including 1 international site, & staff of 14 across 6 sites.• Developed a strong cross site support network within the Facilities team to support all sites that delivers the highest customer satisfaction.• Cultivate partnerships with leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs, initiatives and create solutions to support sites. Collaborate on strategic planning, creating a safe and fun play to work.

• Job Duties when hired were to help with Office Services, and telecom for a small site in San Diego. As the Studio grew, I was asked to help with construction projects expanding the San Diego location from one building to six at the peak including specialty spaces of sound offices and Mocap stage.• Assist with multiple construction projects, building skills that will allow me to run both small and large projects.• Develop and create a cohesive, collaborative, supportive team across sites in San Diego and Los Angeles.• Responsible for telecom system including; maintaining, backups, moves/adds/changes and troubleshooting when issues came up.• Oversaw the Engineers including; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and low voltage.
