Provide complex operations and project support to Public Affairs and Access Leadership Team and department. Manage department calendar, events (Town Halls, offsites, ad-hoc requests), budget, employee engagement programs, etc.

Provide project management and support to Public Affairs & Access strategy and operations team. Lead planning and execution of department awards meeting. Manage department budget and process contracts, POs and payments. Developed and provided training on admin interview process and reference materials.

Performed extensive administrative coordination including heavy calendar management, coordinating and booking travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports, typing and proofing Word documents, preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, planning offsite meetings, creating binders and managing files and records.

Delegated all store calls to individual departments and prioritized customer-service-related calls. Referred unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and assisted in resolution when necessary. Filed, organized and retained store documents.· Created correspondence on behalf of management in response to customer appreciation letters, grievances, or inquiries.· Assisted Manager in formation of monthly department schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels and departmental coverage.· Motivated and inspired others to adopt initiatives such as Nordstrom Rewards, MPOS, e- Receipt, Personal Book, and Customer Privacy.
