The Cornwall Community Foundation helps people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly by awarding small grants to grassroots organisations who are working to overcome the challenges of disadvantage, exclusion and poverty in their communities.In 1999 a group of philanthropists identified the need to give those struggling across the Duchy a voice, and to establish an independent source of funding within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
