As a Staffing Coordinator I recruited for various Administrative and Warehouse type positions. Everything from interviewing, to scheduling, to coaching, and more. Anyone who has been a Recruiter knows that you wear many hats throughout each day. When working in our Fresno Branch, I also ran our weekly payroll.As Branch Manager, I led our Team and was out in the field meeting with Clients on a regular basis, ensuring the best matches were made and that our level of service was excellent!When I transferred to our Corporate Home Office, I held a number of positions, but the last one was as our Applications Administrator, working with our then CIO Dan Donathan. I worked closely with Dan to initially move PrideStaff onto Bullhorn, focusing on the many details and moving parts. I provided numerous trainings throughout my career at PrideStaf, both in person classroom style, one on one at times, and webinar based, depending on the need. Customer Service and supporting the growing number of PrideStaff offices was critical to my role in dealing with all applications specific to PrideStaff.
