An experienced team leader, Becky’s forte is delivering effective results through project management focusing on collaboration, complex problem-solving, and accountability. Becky had a highly successful career in sales and project management at Achieve Global (formerly Learning International) collaborating with national clients to identify their needs and then recommend and deliver strategic business solutions. Becky led project teams that customized sales, service, and management training solutions to enhance sales productivity, increase service effectiveness, deepen client relationships, and increase leadership and coaching skills. Prior to Achieve Global, Becky was the National Talent Development Program Manager for MCI Telecommunications. In this role, Becky was responsible for the training and development of 27,000 national call center sales and service professionals and led a team of ten corporate learning professionals and eighteen in the field. Becky helped leadership define the learning strategy and execute on it through learning needs assessment, curriculum design and the design and development of numerous core and specialty courses. Specifically, Becky designed, developed, and delivered two ten-day onboarding consultative selling skills programs for Small Business and Consumer Sales resulting in a sustained 31% rise in sales. Recently, Becky was a Service Experience Manager at Nordstrom and managed a team to give premier Nordstrom customer service. Becky also has recent experience managing a thriving healthcare practice.Becky is currently engaged at Deloitte as a training ad development portfolio project manager as a consultant through St. Charles Consulting Group.
