FutureFest is Nesta’s flagship event, a festival of entrepreneurship, science, technology, education, and the arts held at Tobacco Dock. This is a production, logistics and operations role in which I managed complex budgets, vendor and contractor liaison and negotiation, sponsor and experiential installation technical scoping and liaison, and space and journey design, working with creative and AV teams as well as logistics scheduling and complex get-in/get-out arrangements. I also duty-managed the smooth running of the event on live days.Key responsibilities: - Complex stakeholder management, personnel management, project planning, and risk management with multiple moving parts and a challenging delivery timescale - Development/creation of all key existing/required event documents including budget and project ledger, project timeline, sponsor/installation schedule, production schedule, run of show, venue deck and contact lists - Vetting of vendors/contractors including negotiation and contractual arrangements, including venue, scenic/fabrication, lighting, audio, video/projection and digital technology, furniture and décor rentals, printing, catering, photographers, videographers, cleaning, security and staffing - Fulfilment of deliverables associated with the sponsorship and partners packages/contracts and delivering top level client service - Coordinated all aspects of on the day on-site delivery liaising with all contractors to ensure smooth delivery

Hel’s Angels is a live events and brand engagement agency specialising in event production and logistics, as well as event staffing. I manage end-to-end delivery of all aspects of experiential and creative event production, from initial brief and budget right through to live day, for huge household name clients. The Stylist Live exhibition takes place at London’s iconic Kensington Olympia, and is visited by 20,000 guests over three days. My role is to project manage end to end delivery of all production and experiential activity for Stylist Live’s key sponsors. Key activity includes creative production of stand design and build, developing experiential activity and ways to engage visitors with the brand, production management and event logistics, on-site event management and troubleshooting and hosting key stakeholders at the event. I designed, produced and managed high profile large scale events to celebrate and promote the work of Sky Academy, which is a series of Learning and Participation schemes providing opportunities for young people to build life skills through TV, sport and arts. Events were aimed at stakeholders, consumers and staff and included celebrity appearances in world-famous venues.Key responsibilities: - End-to-end management of special and commercial events, including designing event concept and content, project plans, communications and marketing, guestlists, presentations and speakers, AV and tech requirements and duty managing/hosting at event - Delivery of high profile celebrity events featuring David Beckham, Jessica Ennis-Hill and Thierry Henry - Events delivered included awards ceremonies, conferences and sports festivals and arts and theatre performances, for up to 500 guests - Project managed Sky’s staff volunteering programme, a series of 23 one-day sporting events for up to 200 staff per event, in locations across the UK and Ireland - Project managed a scheme supporting 25 artists across a range of disciplines and produce and manage events celebrating their work - Assistant project managed Sky’s sports scheme taking place in secondary schools across the UK and Ireland - Manage digital campaigns, events and media opportunities for Sky Academy with the aim of raising awareness and profile, building advocacy and increasing participation, and maximise commercial opportunities - Manage and reported budget of £3m across three Sky Academy initiatives plus event budgets circa £200k - General administrative support to Sky Academy teams including creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations, CEO memo’s and reporting on project KPIs
