Listening to technician calls to ensure quality guidelines are met, performing mock calls with new technicians. Gathering data for root cause analysis along with weekly and monthly reporting.

I am responsible doing for customer transactions, I am also the back up head teller in my branch and am responsible for balancing the daily cash logs, balancing the vault at the end of the day, ordering money from fed and verifying the shipment, balancing the atm, and getting cash for the other tellers when the head teller is out of the branch.
