My husband calls me the "Becky of all trades". I could recruit, hire, train, onboard, and do payroll. In the next breath, I may troubleshoot your language app or create a video highlighting your product. Finally, I may proofread your website, help you create an online training course, or teach you a little about nutrition. In my varied and unique roles in remote call center environments, I learned many valuable skills that carry over into my current role at Earthstrong. But I believe my most valuable skill is connecting with people. My father taught me that. He would talk to anyone, anytime, anywhere, and with great enthusiasm(!!) He shows great interest in their thoughts and ideas and I'd like to think he passed that on to me. Working at Earthstrong has provided me with an opportunity to be part of a small team that appreciates those who have a voice. I love my job!
