I love working in the training space, bringing lots of enthusiasm and energy, using creative strategies to connect training content to the right audience. We "stopped the madness" of multiple trainings and curated just-in-time training content for our sales teams. As a result, we see higher attendance, more cross-silo sharing and ongoing peer-to-peer coaching and training. More please!Creative Catalysts: 30 sales people, 10 SMEs, 3 learning program managers, 2 sales leaders led to one incredible training bootcamp, upskilling sales peeps in their confidence to lead a creative conversation about TikTokImprov for Training and Development: Ideated, created and led the "improv studio" at TikTok, upskilling our peers on using improv as a tool for training, collaboration and ideation. Good learning moments and good vibes abounded and, even more important, strong post-session usage of the tools and techniques taught in session.
