Responsible for Full Life Cycle recruiting process from sourcing and qualifying candidates through placement of consultants and /or full-time employees.Source candidates for active and proactive requirements utilizing Internet sight postings, Internet searches and referrals from current consultants and candidates. Qualify candidates, negotiate contracts and rates, format resumes, complete skills assessments, and client-specific paperwork for account manager’s submissions of resumes to clients. Facilitate interviews between client hiring managers and candidates. Prepare candidates for phone or face-to-face interviews. Make contract or full-time job offers, set up travel and / or relocation details for candidates.
