With over a decade of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, I have passionately championed community engagement and corporate social impact. My journey took a transformative turn when I decided to establish ChangeBridge Consulting, a firm built on the principles of social change, strategic thinking, and capacity-building.Throughout my career, I have consistently woven a foundation of equity into every project I've undertaken. This commitment, combined with the collective expertise of my talented team, not only earned us recognition but also ushered in tangible, transformative outcomes that hold the potential to reshape the course of organizations, businesses, and community well-being.I have served as a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Illinois and as a member of the United Way Health Vision Council, as well as being a key player in the efforts to strategically end homelessness in Central Illinois. One of the most impactful experiences of my career was establishing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion division for a $1.5 billion health system, with 5 hospitals and over 100 sites of care. These efforts have taught me the power of collaboration and innovation in tackling complex societal change - imagine the change we can bridge, together.
