I am currently engaged in all operations of the Gall household. I am also a volunteer for Bishop LeBishop High School. I made the decision to leave my former position in April of 2013 and my last day was in early May of 2013.

I held a Banking Center Manager Position for 5 1/2 years with UMB Bank, N.A. I was a dual bank manager responsible for two branches in St. Joseph and Savannah. I oversaw the Savannah branch sale to Bank CBO in 2012. I was successfully responsible for all bank operations, all consumer customer sales and service, and small business development in the St. Joseph/Savannah markets. I was a Small Business Lender with a lending portfolio that include farm and commercial real estate loans, equipment loans and lines of credit loan products. I built lasting small business relationships with my clients by providing excellent service and products to suit their needs. I am a customer advocate while always maintaining the standards of policy and procedures of my company and banking regulations.

I returned to Commerce Bank, St. Joseph in the fall of 1998 serving as a Commercial Lending Assistant. I partnered with Commercial Lending from the corporate headquarters to assist our team of commercial lenders to submit, prepare and execute all commercial loan documents for closing. l obtained experience in the various types of commercial and construction loans. I gained valuable experience in adminstrative assistance by serving two commercial lenders in the branch. I thoroughly enjoyed this position before being promoted to a Financial Services Representative to serve our customers on the retail side. I was then promoted to a Senior Financial Services Representative. I was licensed in Life and Health Insurance to offer our clients annuities and various life insurance products. Our branch was top in the company for credit life and disabilty sales. I enjoyed these positions very much. I loved serving my customers and working on a fabulous team of associates. I left this position after being offered a management role at my UMB Bank, N.A.

I was hired by Mercantile Bank now US Bank in downtown St. Joseph in March of 1998. I served as the Installment Loan Clerk and was responsible for all Installment Loan data input and maintenance on the systems. I left this employer after being offered a position at my former employer Commerce Bank.

I began my career at Commerce Bank as a teller in 1991. I took on additional duties of ATM Servicer in 1992. I was promoted in December of 1995 to Installment Loan Clerk. I left Commerce in April of 1996 to stay home with my young children after the consumer loan department was relocated to the Kansas City Corporate offices.
