After reviewing production and pipeline agreements for a sales period of 12 months, I found that the purchaser was billing for gas lift and deducting from revenue payments; and that the purchaser was paying incorrectly according to the sales contracts. After documenting the variances I successfully recovered $395,000.• Identified $313,000 of revenue due on one contract for a 2 year period. Diligently audited the invoices/statements of gas sold documentation and collected $310,000 within 90 days. The entire balance was collected at 180 days.
