Initially hired to create, implement, and maintain and Client Retention System my role quickly developed into that of Manager. By developing relationships with vendors, designers, and craftsmen our end-to-end production was both timely and more profitable. The implementation of strategic negotiating tools and market analysis pricing saw significant growth in both revenue and gross profit. With the introduction and use of project management organizational software the on time completion rate of all projects increased to 98%, up from their traditional standard of 77%. Marketing and event strategies included both in store and off site productions as well as oversite on all digital and social media campaigns, including SEO and GMB. My demonstration of leadership and organization helped build an amazing team which led to growth in both revenue and gross profit. I pride myself in the ability to develop skills within my team that have been underutilized as well as recognizing areas in which they excel and can help others learn and grow. Inventory Control- Daily, Weekly Monthly. This included reconciliation of both loose diamond inventory and finished goods. Project Management- From the initial placement of custom order jewelry pieces to completion and delivery. Inter- Company Cooperation- Along with the GM I was responsible for balancing the requests and needs for our local inventory to be distributed to other locations within the company which resulted in daily transfers of merchandise between 15 other corporate stores across the country.

Responsibilities ranged from day-to-day sales and customer service to complete administrative duties including payroll, employee relations, tax filing, bookkeeping (specializing in QuickBooks and Excel) inventory management, shipping /receiving, and assurance that all state and local guidelines were followed. Two store locations and 10 employees.

Supported the lead Gemologist in the purchasing and selling of Diamonds in both a public and wholesale environment. Assessed and priced value of assorted jewelry and coins from customers. Assisted in the weekly reconciliation of business from 7 other store locations. Implemented and maintained company wide online inventory system.

Owned and operated full Service Salon and Tanning Spa. In charge of all staffing and training needs including payroll, commission distribution, goal setting and team building. Created a team of service providers and support staff who were able to effectively handle day to day operations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Introduced several innovative service and product offerings to create a unique experience for both clientele and staff.
