I am a multi-disciplinary Designer and Art Director with 8 years of experience in marketing, visual language, brand identity, packaging, digital, editorial and fashion design.I have recently returned home from Melbourne, Australia after working a year freelancing as a Designer. I had the opportunity to create digital and print campaigns for clients such as Podcast One, Southern Cross Austereo, Triple M, and the Hit Network, as well as designing Menswear for Australia's largest retailer, Kmart.

As Senior Creative, I played a vital part in the visual direction & presence of the brand. Whilst always taking a hands-on role with the design of all digital and printed collateral, my Senior role included additional leadership and creative direction across the business whilst also being the creative brand ‘protector’. Examples:- Developed the unique vision for the seasonal model and still-life photoshoots, communicating regularly with the Creative Director. - Concepting, prop styling, art direction on shoots and capturing unique behind-the-scenes moments with photography and video. - Responsibility and ownership of producing our wholesale collection brochures twice a year; maintaining great relationships with our freelancers, print suppliers and in-house teams during this time to meet deadlines. - Supported the Ecommerce team on the implementation of the new website launch, overseeing creative digital content- Managed and mentored the Graphic Designer

- Designed all brand collateral for retail and wholesale marketing which included; leaflets, flyers, direct marketing brochures, POS, stationary- Ensured all brand guidelines, budget requirements and timelines were met to the highest standard on each project- Designed and artworked packaging such as; premium illustrated gift packs, retailing mailing bags, labels and swing tags- Developed new digital design concepts, artwork assets, layouts, iconography for the seasonal retail launches including weekly email newsletters, homepage design, web layouts and moving image content. - Created still-life photography to support the web and social media channels, managing the full process of art direction, shooting and styling. - Sourced props and developed creative ideas for seasonal photoshoots, as well as assisting the Creative Director on the brochure production. - Selected and retouched the model shots for the website, and assisted the Ecommerce team with creative direction. Key achievements:- Worked collaboratively with the branding agency during the rebrand from Braintree Clothing to Thought. Highly involved in establishing Thought’s new aspirational look and feel, whilst also populating the creative material across the business- Managed the full process, timelines and budgets. - Developed the visual projection of the brand within Wholesale stores including department store shop-fits, window displays and brand events. From initial 3D concepts, producing printed assets such as vinyls and POS, to prop styling and visual merchandising.- Designed and implemented Thought's first window display at Fenwick Newcastle
