I am loving working in this brand new role at Halliard (formerly Fallibroome)Trust. As Data, Intelligence & Impact Manager I’m using my experience and skills to ensure systems and processes are efficient and provide clear and useful insights to support the Trust senior leaders, school improvement team, headteachers and their wider teams. This will ensure decisions are made based on high quality meaningful data, ensure maximum impact on student learning and outcomes.Historically I have worked at St Ralph Sherwin (a a large Catholic Multi Academy Trust. The St Ralph Sherwin CMAT consists of 5 Secondary and 20 Primary schools across a wide geographical area (Derby, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire & Stockport). As a member of the School Improvement Team I worked strategically and operationally alongside the Director of School Improvement, the Inclusion Lead and the School Improvement Partners providing timely data & intelligence to support all areas of school improvement.I have extensive experience with MIS systems, Assessment, Reporting, Project management, Curriculum Planning, Timetabling, Exams, Cover & numerous ICT systems (Microsoft Office, Arbor, SIMS, FFT, Insight Tracking, RM Integris, CMIS, SISRA, Go4Schools)
