Assist with temporary office setup and organized the move from HQ to our temporary offices.Worked closely with the Tournament Leadership Council, making sure they had all supplies and knowledge to successfully lead their different committees.Helped create a brand new signage plan for the 2019 tournament and implemented this plan with our new vendor.Upgraded our onsite storage, from PODs with no inventory, to new storage containers. I kept a full inventory of all items and organized our units so vendors and staff can work out of them with ease. We cleared the land ourselves using CAT equipment, and laid base down to even out the landscape and created a new space for our storage.
