Provides advice or assistance regarding policies, procedures, or proposed contracts and other transactions with faculty, staff, administrators, and professionals and other service providers (internal and external), contractors, vendors, and parties currently engaged or interested in doing business with the University. Serves as the University’s representative at System level meetings and task forces and serves as spokesperson as needed. Ensures that appropriate training is provided to both departmental and campus level staff, including SAP Requisitioning Module.Delegated by the President as PASSHE's Fraud/Waste/Abuse Incident Reporting System liaison.Directs additional functions such as Central Receiving, Duplicating, and the University Post Office.
