Emor Institute Program Manager
Current● Responsible for the successful execution of programming and educational initiatives, including the curation of a balanced calendar of learning opportunities for clergy and non-clergy, collaborative experiences with partner organizations that advance Jewish social justice initiatives, and the solicitation and creation of resources to empower individuals to claim a voice in issues relating to freedom, democracy, and equality● Editor of Emor’s seasonal publication entitled Fragments. Work includes content and copy editing of all pieces; respectful and timely communication with contributors; solicitation of diverse contributions for publication topic; communication with graphic design artists and printers; creation of editorial calendar for future iterations of the publication; conducting outreach to create distribution channels for publication on large scale for community engagement● Act as a representative for the Institute in burgeoning coalitions with organizations, institutes and initiatives that wish to advance their own justice work with a lens towards intersectionality and equity
