Compensation Project Accomplishments:• Member of the team developing a new job framework, salary structure and compensation program for The Ohio State University. The new program establishes one salary structure and provides market competitive compensation solutions. • Lead project to standardize shift differential across The Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center. Each college and unit had various shift hours, payment plans and tracking methods; transitioning new policy with definitions on hours, requirements, pay and time keeping practices for both Kronos and Workday. • Model cost associated to shift to a new framework and salary structure. Development of market adjustment formulas and various models to better align staff to market. • Create decompression models for various units following The Ohio State University’s decision to raise minimum wage to $15.00 per hour. • Lead project to align Administrative Assistants across The Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center. Develop and define each level of assistant and executive assistant. Determined appropriate exemption status and Classified Civil Service status for each level.

Compensation Project Accomplishments at Vertiv:Job Classification Project – Project Lead to review and recommend job classification for all US positions at Vertiv. o This project is part of the team’s objective to standardize compensation across all plants, divisions and business units at Vertiv. o Scope of project included determining and documenting exemption status, identifying employees who have been incorrectly classified, analyzing the impact and risk of changing exemption status, developing communication and working with our legal team to communicate all changes.Global Job Architecture – Part of global project team to develop a Job Architecture at Vertiv and project lead for job mapping. o The global project team created and defined organizational levels, functions, families and jobs for each role at Vertiv globally. Streamlined approximately 5000 unique jobs into approximately 1000 jobso Lead the global process for mapping employees to each defined level. o The job architecture was critical to implementing our new HRIS system (Oracle HCM) and is being used to develop our compensation philosophy on base salary, incentives and benchmark analysis.
