With over 5 years experience in Governance and PMO, I have been involved in developing a PMO team framework and training new team members in various systems such as Planview.I have experience in creating, implementing and maintaining new governance processes and identifying areas for improvement in existing processes.Duties Include: • Providing Reporting Services for internal and external clients, • Providing Standards, Methods and Tools - Providing new process, templates, R&R/RACI for Programmes /Projects /Change, Analysis and improvement of existing processes driven by range of initiatives, e.g. CSIP, Ensuring training in the process and use of templates is completed with key stakeholders, Creation and administration of a range of tools used for running our processes, e.g. Excel trackers; ETQ and Google Sites;• Planview Administration and Architecture; • Supporting Lessons Learned; • Supply adhoc PMO assistance to support Programme Delivery;• Reporting on Programme/Project/Change performance, time, cost and quality of PM/CM adherence, e.g. Timesheets;• Run Audits on Projects – Verification of compliance to process throughout decision gates; • Provide Project Health checks – Checking understanding and application of process by PM; • Provide Resource Monitoring to ensure effective Resource Management, Reporting of Resource Utilisations /Availability /Projections, Provide scheduling expertise to PMs and CMs;• Manage the Decision Gates Process.
