• Responsible for managing all production seasonally from development handover to timely delivery. • Sole responsibility for the development, sampling and production of the knitwear collection. Working with Italian and Far East manufacturers.• Oversaw production of all woven product, both CMT & fully factored. Liaising with and frequently visiting all manufacturers in UK, Europe and Asia.• Introduced a suite of documents on excel to facilitate the production process; purchase orders, tech packs, critical path. • Communicating with all suppliers to ensure production was on schedule and any issues resolved quickly and efficiently.• Ordering all fabrics and components, monitoring deliveries and updating the critical path.• Organising fit meetings, taking detailed fit and construction notes to relay to suppliers.• Introduced QC protocols when QC’ing all product, ensuring garment quality, construction and measurements were up to standard.• Hired and managed production assistant, garment tech and interns.
