Responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications. This includes: brand management, content development for web, collateral, and PR/advertising, strategic marketing planning, and budget oversight. My responsibilities also included RFP/proposal content development, pitch pieces, and other writing/editing as needed.

Responsibilities: integrated marketing communications strategy, creative strategy, consultation / content development for sales collateral messaging and design, and communications leadership and collaboration on key business initiatives. - Strategic Marketing: Led the overall marketing communications strategy and initiatives for Marsh Sponsored Programs to result in program growth and retention. - Internal Communications: Drafting and deploying messages from the business leader and leadership team to colleagues; development of intranet content, executive-level presentations, and overall responsibility for town hall meetings. - External Communications: Work with business leadership team, sales professionals and program managers to develop targeted messaging for proposals, presentations, client meetings, and market submissions.
