Following on from working in National postion, I changed roles to support more locally to home with inclusiom within Scouting. Running and supporting inclusion courses and supporting individual groups as and when queries arise.

Scouting provides me with many opportunities to plan and run activities for children to help beavers/cubs/scouts achieve their badges. These activities have include instructing air rifles in the past, and currently include instructing climbing, supervise archery sessions and helping with the running of general activities to a range of people aged from 6 upwards. I am part of the National Inclusion team who are working on updating various resources and training for leaders across the UK within the Scout movement on a variety of areas including SEND, sexuality, different faiths, and medical diagnosis'.
