As operations manager, I work collaboratively with others to mange several key aspects of the business. I oversee the human resources aspects of the company, manage accounting needs, and implement building-improvement projects. I also develop team-building initiatives and employee-retention processes. Additionally, I organize the "give back" initiatives and fundraising events of Huber Equity Group where we donate 20% of company profits to local and international groups that are fighting for family stabilization and clean water.

At Canal Winchester Middle School, I advocate for students through individual counseling, building-wide initiatives, IAT support, and mediation. I also facilitate a student-led leadership organization called Similar But Different where students create and deliver pro-social lessons to their peers in the classroom. In addition to student initiatives, I support the school's administration by assisting with master scheduling, standardized testing, and the student database.

I administer small group reading intervention to students who are not reading at grade-level. I monitor student progress, collaborate with teachers and parents, and attend intervention meetings. I provide systematic and targeted interventions in order to maximize student achievement.

I modified 7th and 8th grade math curriculum for special education students. I streamlined directions, clarified confusing concepts, and chose appropriate and targeted homework problems and assessments.

I taught 3, senior-level classes to a high school senior who was homebound due to a car accident and a spinal surgery.
