Acts as liaison with Renovations and Maintenance Departments as required. Actively promotes unity and harmony between FDCS, Facilities Maintenance & Operations and the Planning groups as well as Safety and Risk Management and IS & T.  Coordinates work assignments between these departments and with other managers, administrators and professions. Initiates and manages qualification and selection process for Design/Build, Construction Manager at Risk and Design/Bid/Build projects. Plans for compliance with various project entitles, i.e. Urban Planning, Atlanta City Hall, private ownership groups or lease build out, etc.
