Researching and listing property listings in the Berrien and Cass County regions

Procuring employment for the physically and mentally challenged clients we served. Working with the clients on how to build a resume, interviewing skills. Supporting the clients with their job skills and building confidence in their abilities, by job coaching for an appropriate amount of time.

Did assessments for all incoming residents. This consisted of mental and physical health. Helped Director of Programming by discovering and implementing new programs that would benefit and support the Mission population. Referred residents to appropriate agencies to address whatever issues they were working to overcome.
