Quality Assurance – Conversation Trainer• Works with Supervisor team to address quality needs; this includes, but is not limited to, calibration, coordinating ongoing training, individual coaching sessions, additional clinic attendance, etc.• Coordinate yearly Quality Assurance curriculum that includes, but is not limited to, yearly clinic schedules, content generation schedule and key department QA initiatives • Supports Quality Assurance training for all department contact channels—Phone, chat, Email, SMS, and Social• Conducts quarterly feedback/quality sessions with each Representative to ensure quality in both written and verbal contact channelsOnboard Trainer• Creates an inspirational and branded teaching environment that supports new hires in learning culture, systems, and service • Creates a flexible curriculum that evolves with the needs of the business• Ensures that all training materials are accessible and current • Supervise each new group during their intake training: including, but not limited to, punctuality, time off and behavioral issues • Uses digital analysis to quantify procedural gaps and to offer follow up training opportunities for Representatives • Collaborates with Data Analyst team and Training Manager to monitor trends and gauge training success using new and existing data collection methods • Works with Floor Management teams to ensure that annual staffing plans align with business and training needs • Works with Training Specialists and other relevant groups to ensure Representatives achieve a base level of competency prior to entering the service floor
