Executive Director of a 1A surgical complexity facility serving the Veterans of the State of Connecticut. Managing, leading, directing, and supervising the executive leadership team consisting of the Chief Operating Officers/Associate Directors, Chief Nursing Officer/Associate Director, Patient Care Services, and the Chief Medical Officer/Chief of Staff. I also lead our Quality, and Patient Safety service, Research Compliance, Business Compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Office of Public Affairs. Leading all aspects of this complexity level 1A healthcare facility with an annual operating budget of $850M+, supporting 3000+ FTE across the main tertiary care campus, an ambulatory care center, and six community-based outpatient clinics. The healthcare system is a Joint Commission accredited 169-bed facility. The facility provides care for 60,000K+ unique Veterans across the service area.
