Real Estate, Business and Corporate: My practice focuses on complex commercial real estate matters, including handling several multi-million dollar and multi-state acquisitions and dispositions for various lenders, developers, investors and REITs, including sale-leaseback transactions. I have also represented Board of Directors and homeowners associations in their corporate governance & operations.I am licensed to practice in both Colorado and Illinois, and have been counsel to a national real estate investment trust in connection with the acquisition and financing of more than $500 million in multi-family projects as well as counsel to a national real estate investment trust in the acquisition and disposition of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. Prior to law school, I worked with venture capitalists in the telecommunications industry acquiring, developing, and managing cellular infrastructures and operations in several states across the United States as well as opening retail locations and call centers across the country.
