Recruited for the College of Liberal Arts (COLA) at on-campus and off-campus recruiting events. Attracted first-time freshmen, transfer students, and new major declarations by building client relationships and providing expertise of 35+ degree tracks ranging from Performance Arts to Cyber Security. Managed Client Success Relationship utilizing success coaching techniques and tracked degree progression for 320-450 students from major declarations to graduation resulting in 2-5 year relationships.Served as liaison for COLA executive stakeholders (7 Department Chairs and 3 Deans) and Academic Advising by leading projects which included communication plans, training, and retention initiatives. Recruited for the Darton State College (DSC), Theatre program by hosting high school theatre competitions, attending high school college fairs, judging speech competitions, and building community relationships. Hired, trained, and managed all DSC technical student crews.Developed Darton State College Theater Manual and Procedures.Served as Technical Director providing project management and technical design for all DSC Theatre and Performing Arts events. Managed budget for all DSC theatre productions. Served as DSC Technical Director and University contact for all rental events. Worked with DSC Events coordinator to facilitate and negotiate rental contracts. Developed curriculum and delivered instruction for Technical Theatre and Technical Dance courses and instructed First-Year experience courses. Served as Academic Advisor for Technical Theatre and General Studies students.
