Built a dynamic accounting team to support Apex through major growth cycles and multiple business acquisitions. Led the implementation of Epicor ERP system and later Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for multiple legal entities including international locations. Established new business processes and reporting to support the stand-up of new manufacturing facilities.

As the PeopleSoft General Ledger expert, I led the global initiative to consolidate the chart of accounts and financial reporting for multiple international subsidiaries including the automation of statutory accounting reporting and consolidations. Actively supported the setup, testing, and implementation of PeopleSoft in the US, Mexico, Colombia, and Australia locations. Developed processes to interface European locations into PeopleSoft to automate consolidated reporting while in transition.

Led implementation of multiple projects including the PeopleSoft implementation for the European Sales office, global implementation of Concur Expense and Cliqbook Travel, and implementation of shared services accounting model.

Joined a cross-functional team that worked to bring Six Sigma Process improvement principles to Senco Products. I earned my Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and led several cross-functional projects to streamline accounting practices. I trained accounting staff on Six Sigma practices and implemented Lean Practices in Accounts Payable and Treasury resulting in significant time savings and enhanced visibility to cash flow.

Responsible for staff of 24 employees and annual expense budget of $3M providing the following functions: General Accounting and Financial Reporting, Billing, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Application, Office Services, Travel, Credit and Collections, Accounts Payable, and Payroll

Represented the accounting department in company-wide PeopleSoft ERP implementation. Responsible for gathering requirements, learning new features, designing reports, and preparing test scripts and training materials. Managed ongoing system support through patch and system upgrades.

Responsible for the translation and consolidation of 10 international subsidiaries. Prepared monthly GAAP and management reporting packages for executive teams.
