I provide change expertise and facilitation to ensure alignment to the First West Change Management Framework and policies in the incremental delivery of value from squad. In addition, I bring a risk analyst lens to the squad to ensure operational and regulatory risks are identified and controls are being modified or created as needed by the squad. In this role I collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze complex business problems to identify business needs ensuring value realization.
