Responsible for answering all calls, text and emails in a timely and professional manner. Handle my branch managers personal life including but not limited to: scheduling flights, appointments and calls, handling payments for all mortgage, insurances, HOA, and personal bills. Cold calling real estate agents, past clients and cold leads to help build the business and relationships with clients and agents. Being cross-trained in marketing to create a website and facebook page to help better market the business. Continuous education on rules, regulations, and marketing strategies. Organize all leads, clients, and agents in spreadsheet to ensure all are followed up with and reached out to. Sending out applications and helping clients complete the application to get prequalified.

Greet patients in a professional, warm, friendly and calm manner. Perform patient registration (enter into DocuTap, verify insurance, collect copays, check outstanding balances, etc.). General office cleanup at end of day or end of shift. Enter charges, scan charts and ensure patient files and charges are complete and accurate. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner – forward call or take a message as appropriate. Coordinate faxes and referrals with other physicians and employers. Ensure cleanliness of patient waiting area and front office area, COVID-19 Swab Testing.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
