I am an experienced retailer, specialising in HR as well as Compliance. I have worked in 10 different branches doing a variety of roles. I pride myself in excellent inter personal skills, customer service and getting the most out of a team. I am a competent recruiter, with 20 plus years experience. In my last role as Compliance manager, an eye for detail is essential, to ensure that the branch trades legally at all times. I am Disciplinary and Grievance trained, have recently completed my CIPD Associate diploma in people management which essential skill in my previous role supporting branches across London and the South with D&G investigations and offering targeted support for Absence management.
