How I got here...I spent 4 years working in Insurance Aviation Adjusting, realizing that I missed working with people.I moved to Boston, MA and worked as a nanny and a Residential Supervisor for 5 years at the Ivy Street School where I learned I love to work with adolescents with psychiatric diagnosis. I had the opportunity to work for a year with the Massachusetts Department of Children & Family which was eye opening and beyond rewarding. After moving back to IL, I landed at ERC where I worked my way up from a Behavioral Health Counselor to Program Manager. I advocated for a position I truly believe in and interacted with patients on a daily basis, which was extremely fulfilling. After being part of a team that opened a 36 bed Residential Center, I realized that hiring/training/onboarding was something that I enjoyed most about the Program Manager role. After years being on the forefront, I received a certificate in Human Resource Management and shifted into Recruiting/HR, where I can continue to bring top talent into organizations. After 6 years at ERC, I moved into the Global Organization, Favorite Healthcare Staffing/Acacium Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the 26 branches that we have Nationwide! It's been amazing to continue to learn and help grow an organization that does so much for our teammates, clients and healthcare workers. I love learning/development/training/onboarding all things that can make an employee want to stay where they're at and love what they do.
